A large Insurance company with multiple divisions was aligning employee terms and conditions across all divisions of their IT Enterprise organization. The Company had identified the need to provide Organizational Change Management capability development and support for its Executives, Directors and Managers so they could actively enable their teams to transition effectively to the harmonized employee programs.

xiBOSS deployed two of our Senior OCM  consultants, who created  and delivered customized workshops, tailored to the client’s needs.  

The content of the workshops included the rationale and benefits of the change, the transition roadmap, change management principles using the ADKAR framework, and leader & manager roles and responsibilities to actively support their employees’ transitions to the new terms and conditions.
