The primary responsibility of the Voice Engineer role is the design, implementation and subsequent support Solutions in the corporate markets.

Although the primary focus of the job will be based in the Design and Delivery Engineering Team, the engineer may occasionally also be required to provide presales and design as part of dynamic teams which may be established from time to time for specific projects. The engineer will be required to generate detailed technical documentation during the Design phase both HLD and LLD during the design and implementation phase of a project followed by production of “As Built” documentation of delivered infrastructure.

Programme Manager - solution delivery – Corporate Markets

Role Purpose & Vision
A professional service delivery capability is a key requirement for the solutions now sold to Corporate market customers. These solutions typically have multiple elements including, telecommunications infrastructure, CPE, IT applications, third party components and include consultative engagements. The delivery of these elements must be co-ordinated and then integrated with the customer’s operations and business process.

Solution focused selling prompts a need for professional client focused programme management to:
•             Mobilise large scale complex engagements
•             Manage at a programme level.
•             Focus on quality and completeness of overall programme
•             Co-ordinate internal and external resources across solution elements

The programme manager is the main point of contact between the company and the client throughout the delivery of the solution.

Senior Spanish speaking on-site Program Manager (Montevideo)

Must have strong Telco experience and being able to manage customers. Singleview experience desired but not essential.

Start date still to be determined, however consultant will be required to be located in Montevideo for many months (i.e. 9 months min.) with the possibilities of extension.
