Glenn Pociluyko

Glenn began his career in telecom business solutions in 1979, going on to hold a number of senior positions in software development & delivery business units in Canada, the United States, Europe and Australia. He has spent years developing professional staff, leading teams in successful solution roll-outs around the globe, and guiding consulting service offices through significant growth, in both resources and revenues. Glenn's hallmark is delivery - taking on challenging goals and meeting his commitments. Those that have worked with him, or sit on boards of directors with him, also invariably commend his integrity and his high-energy style. As the president of xiB/OSS, Glenn's primary focus is business development.

Tony Duckett

Tony brings to xiB/OSS over 25 years of experience in telecom, software development, and independent consulting. He has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in North America, Europe, South America, Australia and Asia. His responsibilities have included the delivery of OSS applications on several platforms, management of call centres, operational auditing, and IT program management. Tony has also lead large, complex project teams, and managed global customer relationships. At xiB/OSS, he leads the relationship management activities with our ever-growing network of international professionals.
