Each of the partners that founded xiB/OSS Corporation has extensive experience
in the telecom and IT industries, as well as global experience in supporting
systems and clients. Their experiences have enabled them to understand
the challenges and pace of this environment. Through the creation and
growth of xiB/OSS, they are applying their experience and contributing
to your success in this industry.
Mike Hamilton
Mike brings over 15 years of professional experience with more than 10 years IT Consulting and Recruitment Industry experience. Mike’s gift for recognizing talent and understanding large enterprise client’s requirements has enabled him to build strong cohesive teams and has distinguished him as a leader in this field.
In 2000 he entered the IT Consulting and Recruiting Industry as a Business Development Manager focused on selling consulting services and building a network of professional consultants in the Ottawa market. In 2002 Mike relocated to Toronto to start up a Toronto based branch office, where he managed the operations and led staff to establish a large network of qualified consultants and developed a multi-million dollar client base in a relatively short period.
In 2005, Mike joined the xiB/OSS team as a partner. At xiB/OSS he participates in the management of operations, with his main focus being on business development.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.
Wayne Sankarlal
Wayne began his consulting career in the US working for the Meridian Venture Group in Coral Gables and the Real Decisions division of Gartner Group in Stamford, Connecticut. His focus has been on account management and business development for the past 17 years. Wayne has a deep sales and marketing background, having held positions in Market Research, Marketing Management and Product Management. Additionally, his account portfolio has included Data Warehousing, GIS, Public Access, and Marketing & Sales clients.
As a partner at xiB/OSS, he leads the business systems improvement efforts of the company while his business development activities are focused on the domestic IT market.
Wayne holds an MBA in Telecommunications Management and an MS in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami.
Glenn Pociluyko
Glenn began his career in business solutions in 1979, going
on to hold a number of senior positions in software development &
delivery business units in Canada, the United States, Europe and Australia.
He has spent years developing professional staff, leading teams in successful
solution roll-outs around the globe, and guiding consulting service offices
through significant growth, in both resources and revenues. Glenn's hallmark
is delivery - taking on challenging goals and meeting his commitments.
Those that have worked with him, or sit on boards of directors with him,
also invariably commend his integrity and his high-energy style. As the
president of xiB/OSS, Glenn's primary focus is business development.
Tony Duckett
Tony brings to xiB/OSS over 25 years of experience in software development, and independent consulting. He has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in North America, Europe, South America, Australia and Asia. His responsibilities have included the delivery of OSS applications on several platforms, management of call centres, operational auditing, and IT program management. Tony has also lead large, complex project teams, and managed global customer relationships. At xiB/OSS, he leads the relationship management activities with our ever-growing network of international professionals.
